After many years as an industry operator and executive, Michael Flock formed Flock Advisors to combine his experience, insight, financial skills and extensive network to help credit, collections and outsourcing principals maximize the value of their businesses. Flock Advisors provides both operating consulting and financial advsiory services.

Operating consulting or pre-exit preparation can unlock potential value that is being suppressed by poor operating practices or missed opportunities. Typically, operating consulting is focused on productivity, quality, and profitability or income statement improvements.

Financial advisory consulting helps companies and institutional investors develop and execute their strategic plans. It also ensures that companies have strong balance sheets through favorable financing, restructuring existing arrangements, raising capital for acquisitions, or selling for maximum gain.
