Donald C. Hilbert, Jr., Partner

Don Hilbert joined Flock Advisors as a Director in 2008. He has assisted clients in acquisitions, sales and capital raises. Additionally, Don helped establish the Falcon Fund, which provides capital to middle market debt buyers.

Prior to Flock Advisors, Don was a VP of Finance & Corporate Development for Worldwide Asset Management, at the time one of the largest debt buyers in the U.S, where he coordinated raising capital, managing debt portfolio acquisitions and sales, and was instrumental in the sale of the company to West Corporation for $178 mm in 2004. His career includes many years of finance experience in the telecom and high tech fields with BellSouth Corp, WorldPort Communications and Evolution Networks. While at BellSouth, Don was the Senior Manager for Mergers & Acquisitions and was involved in M&A transactions totaling more than $15 billion.

Don began his career as a CPA at Arthur Andersen, achieving the level of Senior Audit Manager. He received a BS - Accounting degree from The George Washington University in 1984.
